My Dating Year Wrapped 2024
Share

If you’re not as deeply entrenched in TikTok as I am, let me introduce you to the dating year wrapped trend. It kicked off in 2022, when mostly cishetero women who date cishetero men created PowerPoint-style presentations recapping their dating lives over the past year. The good, the bad, and the cringy all got translated into stats and data points: think bar charts, pie graphs, the whole shebang.

Last year I hopped on the trend, but I did it my way, on Substack instead of TikTok. I also ditched the numbers (I have no idea how many matches or first dates I had in 2023), and instead, I shared my experiences and feelings to make you laugh, commiserate, or feel a little less alone in your dating journey.
